Fort Myers Grocery Service believes in keeping all children safe from under age drinking and smoking. Because of this, we will ask for identification when delivering alcohol or tobacco. You must be 21 years of age to order these items. The person who placed the order will be required to show proof of legal age with either a valid State or Military issued identification card or a valid driver's license.

If you are not of legal age when you place an order for these items, you will be fined $50.00.
