Placing a grocery delivery with us is a two step process, on the same day:
Step 1 - Fill out this delivery form.
Step 2 - Begin Shopping and submit your order.
Do not fill out this form if you are not going to place a grocery order today.
When selecting your type of delivery only choose Publix or Sweetbay if you need a deli or bakery delivery. Please place your order 48 hours in advance. We need time to place your order with the grocery store.
Otherwise select home or vacation depending on if you live here or if you are on vacation.

We do not save delivery information forms. Each time you need a delivery from us you need to fill out this form, delivery times and days change.
