Q: Does It take Long to Place An Order?
A: No, we assume that you know what grocery items you need. Simply fill out a form with your delivery information and then begin shopping.
Q: How Far in Advance Do I Need to Place My Order?
A: All delivery times and days are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and popular times do fill quickly. Place your order the day before you need a delivery. All orders must be received no later than 8 p.m. the night before you need your groceries delivered.
Q: Can I Purchase Alcohol, Tobacco and Lottery Tickets?
A: Yes, we shop for alcohol and tobacco.
Fort Myers Grocery Service complies with state and federal laws regarding the sale and delivery of alcohol and tobacco products. The legal age to purchase tobacco is 18 and alcohol is 21. No one under these ages may place or receive a Fort Myers Grocery Service order that includes tobacco, liquor, wine or beer.
We check the identification of all customers receiving alcoholic and tobacco products. Please have your proper identification materials ready to present to us. Deliveries of alcoholic products will not be made to anyone who cannot provide a United States government issued identification verifying that they are of legal age or to anyone who is visibly intoxicated. If a qualified adult is not available to accept delivery of the regulated products, or if we suspect that the alcoholic products are intended for underage drinkers, we will remove these items from the order.
Acceptable Forms of Identification:
